Lawrence Sweeny:

From childhood, Lawrence was learning trade work at the feet of his father (a stage carpenter and ex-seaman) and grandfather (a master machinist and metal artist).

With a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley, and valid California State General Contractor and Electrical Contractor’s licenses, Lawrence enjoys bringing the most modern and up-to-date smart home technologies to his residential and commercial clients.

Operating easily at a point precisely midway between art and science, design and engineering, concept and execution, Lawrence’s client list includes …rockstars, restaurants, hotels, and CEOs of some of the world’s largest corporations.

Lawrence has traveled to over 40 countries, made his living as a professional saxophone player, and enjoys spending as much time as possible in Hawaii with his wife and pugdog.

Richard Bertolina

Rick grew up helping his architect father renovate investment properties and build their custom family home on a dramatic upslope lot in Sausalito.

After receiving his degree from San Francisco State University, Rick went on to earn a California Real Estate Broker’s license as well as a California State General Contractor’s license.

Rick has used his management expertise and his vast network of personal connections to run a variety of successful business ventures, such as working with the US Government to represent the sale of hundreds of HUD and VA homes to qualified first-time buyers. He is also a specialist in securing financing for investors, and was the original founder of the first Javacat Coffee, now a well-known San Francisco institution on Geary and 20^th Avenue.

Rick brings experience, insight, and clarity of vision to every project. He currently lives in San Francisco with his wife (a successful Realtor) and his three-year old daughter, who is currently building her own real estate investment portfolio.
